Today I want to take some time to talk about what I have found to be the most powerful tool in teaching. There are lots of great methods out there used by so many great educators. By teaching, observing, and learning there is one that I have found to be the cornerstone of a great program. Below I will walk you through all the steps that I have found to make this teaching method come to life…

Step One:

Run a rep of an exercise or show segment.

Step Two:

Immediately say this word ONLY… “Again”. And then do the rep again. Repeat as time allows.
